Hunan Weiping Technology and Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as WIPIN) is a high-tech innovative enterprise which specialize in R&D, manufacture, sales of the portable hydraulic tools such as hydraulic power packs, hydraulic cut off saw(hydraulic handsaw), hydraulic trash pumps etc which are widely used in Renovation and demolition, Concrete cutting and coring, Ramming and Fencing, Underwater Tasks, Utility and Road Works, Rescue and Civil Defense.
WIPIN has been to " Belief in base, Progress with creating" for the idea. To provide good customer service as the central of work. To meet customer′s requirement as the principal of work To "creat value for customer, creat development for enterprise, creat prospects for employees" as the goal of work.

History
1998 Built in Changsha city, Hunan province, China.
1999 As an international famous brand′s agency, We serviced in highway, railway, municipal projects.
2002 Researched and produced our first scarifier WRS 200 which was used in road and industrial floor and sold around China.
2003 Researched and produced varied cutters related to scarifier WRS200 and sold them abroad.
2005 Sold scarifiers WRS300, 350 which are used in removing coatings in railway and bridge.
2006 Moved our office to Lu-Valley Hi-Tech District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, China.
2007 Attended the Bauma Fair in Munich, Germany and signed orders with customers in Canada, Spain and South Africa.
2008 Built our branches in Guangzhou, Xian, Chengdu, Wulumuqi, Guiyang etc. Developed our 24 distributors.
2009 Certified by CE.
2010 Started to R&D hydraulic tools.
2014 Renamed Hunan Weiping science and Technology Development Co., Ltd.
2015 Launch of new products, handheld hydraulic tools and accessories. Such as, hydraulic power unit, hydraulic breakers, hydraulic cut-off saw etc.

WIPIN developed Scarifier products from single manual and mechanical drive to hydraulic and self-propelled drive and expand its product models. Our products can not only be used in removing, repair and clean in surface of road and bridge, but also in railway and highway.
The Portable hydraulic tools used for rescue and emergency of transportation, municipal administration, earthquake, mine, fire fighting, air port, port etc.
